Tropical Storm Kristine (Trami), the Philippines’ 11th tropical cyclone for 2024, is seen to affect nearly the entire Luzon and Visayas, as well as parts of Mindanao.

Kristine is heading for Luzon, where it could make landfall in Isabela on Wednesday evening, October 23. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) also said Kristine could hit land as a severe tropical storm.
