Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (Trami), the Philippines’ 11th tropical cyclone for 2024, has affected nearly the entire Luzon and Visayas, as well as parts of Mindanao.
Kristine made landfall in Isabela early Thursday, October 24, then crossed Ifugao, Mountain Province, and Ilocos Sur. But even before it hit land, it was already bringing moderate to torrential rain, pummeling several regions such as Bicol and Eastern Visayas.
